1. What is a super clone watch?

2. How do I place an order?

Browse our catalog, select the watch you want, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout where you’ll enter your shipping details. We accept payment via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT), bank transfer, and select credit card processors. Once your payment is confirmed, we begin the QC process. You’ll receive QC photos within 2–4 business days. After your approval, we ship immediately with tracking provided.

3. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia, and most Asian countries. Express shipping (available for an additional fee) delivers in 5–8 business days. All shipments include tracking and are fully insured. You’ll receive your tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. What does the 2-year warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers the movement (mechanical failure, accuracy issues), case integrity (water resistance, crown function), and any manufacturing defect. It does not cover damage from impacts, water ingress from improper crown use, or normal wear on the strap/bracelet. For warranty service, contact our support team. We provide a prepaid return label and aim to complete repairs within 2–4 weeks.

5. What is the QC process?

Before your watch ships, our quality control team performs a multi-point inspection: dial and bezel alignment, date wheel centering, bracelet fit and finish, timegrapher accuracy testing (±5 seconds/day target), and water resistance pressure test. We then photograph your specific watch from multiple angles and send these QC photos to you for approval. You can request additional photos or specific angles before giving the green light to ship.

6. Is my package guaranteed through customs?

Yes. V-UNION offers a full customs guarantee. Our packaging methods are discreet and have been refined over 8 years of global logistics. In the rare event your package is seized by customs, we reship a replacement at no cost to you. This policy has earned us the trust of over 13,000 customers worldwide.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), bank wire transfer, TransferWise/Wise, and select credit/debit card options. Cryptocurrency payments receive a 5% discount. All payment information is processed securely, and we never store your financial details on our servers.

8. Can I return or exchange a watch?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the watch arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs materially from your approved QC photos. The watch must be unworn with all protective stickers intact. Contact our support team to initiate a return. We provide a return shipping label and process refunds or exchanges within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

9. Do the watches have the same weight as genuine?

Yes. Our super clones use 904L stainless steel (the same grade as genuine Rolex), solid end links, and properly weighted bracelets and cases. We match the weight within 2–3 grams of the genuine article. For precious metal models, we use high-quality plating over solid stainless steel — not hollow links or lightweight alloys. The heft and feel on the wrist are indistinguishable from authentic.

10. How do I care for my super clone watch?

Treat your super clone exactly as you would a genuine luxury watch. Avoid extreme shocks and magnetic fields. Keep the crown screwed down when not setting the time. Rinse with fresh water after saltwater exposure (ensure crown is tight). Service every 3–5 years for optimal performance. We include a care guide with every shipment and are happy to answer maintenance questions anytime.
