V-UNION offers free standard shipping on every order, to every country we serve. No minimum order, no hidden fees — the price you see is the price you pay, delivered to your door.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, Asia)
- Express Shipping: 5–8 business days (additional fee applies)
- Processing Time: 2–4 business days for QC photos after payment confirmation
All shipments include tracking and full insurance. You’ll receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Customs Guarantee
We ship using discreet, secure packaging refined over 8 years of global logistics. In the rare event that customs seizes your package, we reship at our expense with no questions asked. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are guaranteed.
Packaging
Every watch arrives in a protective travel case, wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a discreet outer box. We use plain packaging with no branding visible on the exterior. Upon request, we can include branded boxes compatible with the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Warranty
2-Year Comprehensive Warranty
Every V-UNION watch is backed by a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. This comprehensive coverage protects your investment and reflects our confidence in the quality of every timepiece we ship.
What’s Covered
- Movement failure or malfunction (mechanical or automatic)
- Accuracy drift beyond acceptable range (±15 seconds/day)
- Case integrity issues (water resistance failure, crown or pusher defect)
- Manufacturing defects in dial, hands, bezel, or bracelet
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Water damage from improper crown use (crown not screwed down)
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, strap aging, bracelet stretch)
- Unauthorized third-party repairs or modifications
How to Claim Warranty
Contact our support team at support@topcloneluxury.shop with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once received, our repair center diagnoses and services your watch. Typical turnaround: 2–4 weeks. We cover all shipping costs both ways during the warranty period.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The watch has a manufacturing defect not visible in QC photos
- The watch received is materially different from the approved QC photos
- The watch is unworn, with all protective stickers and tags intact
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, but fully covered for defective items.
Exchanges
Want a different model? We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The watch must be in unworn, original condition. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange. You cover return shipping; we ship your replacement free of charge.
